Ranni’s dark moon
The name of this legendary sorcery already gives it away: you must almost complete Ranni’s quest to reach the location. This is the only way to get to the “Moonlight Altar” platform in southern Liurnia. From there, ride to the southwest end of Chelona’s Tower, which is protected by a magical sigil.
You solve it by killing three ghostly turtles. One of them hangs on the cliffs to the right of the tower, the second can be reached by jumping into a ghost spring in the forest in the northwest. You can find the third turtle by riding east from the tower. Look up at the end of the path, and you’ll spot them on the rock face. You can then recover the legendary magic from a treasure chest in the tower.
